RESORT, GOLF & OPEN SPACE

Worked to create and obtain development and restoration approvals for The Malibu Institute, a 700-acre redevelopment of the historic Malibu Golf Course to include new conservation oriented golf, overnight resort and retreat conference facilities and a 500-acre dedication to the National Park Service for expansion of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area. (2008-2014)

CAMPING & RECREATION

Helped establish El Capitan Canyon Resort in Santa Barbara CA. as part of a 3000+ acre conservation development designed to create a 300-acre visitor-serving public recreation development alongside a 2500-acre expansion of El Capitan State Park. (1998-2006)
